Larks Preschool

Description

Preschool program serving children and families in the Washington Park West area. Teachers use a Reggio Emilia approach to help children become prepared for school with both child-led and teacher-led activities. Children are encouraged to explore and learn through play, express their interests and ask questions in order to guide lessons and activities. Facility focuses on language development, literacy and social skills. Other activities include puzzles, pretend play, building with blocks and outdoor play.
