Daily schedule is divided into indoor learning, outdoor time, and time spent in a circle experiencing music, stories, or games. Children learn practical life skills and work such as baking, gardening, or cleaning, which also imparts social skills such as teamwork, cooperation, and conflict resolution. Program focuses more on building self esteem, identity, and a foundation of exploration and discovery than on traditional academics.
