About this daycare
Description
Social justice-centered preschool operating year-round for families spread evenly across income levels. Teachers believe in the wonder of learning, including engaging in inquiry to understand the world and contribute to its betterment. The eco-curriculum includes planting, harvesting, shopping for, preparing, serving, eating, composting, and cleaning up after lunches and morning and afternoon snacks (all provided). Organic and local farmers market ingredients are used. Children learn outdoors as much as possible and are engaged in physical fitness development onsite and in three local parks.
